Brittany and Taylor’s wedding day couldn’t have been MORE gorgeous!! These two love birds were married at Jackson’s Landing in Batesburg, SC (a little over 2 hours from us!) a venue that had such stunning views of rolling hills, an open air barn and tons of trees! They spoke their hand written vows to each other, surrounded by their family and closest friends. It was one of those rare wedding days where everything is ahead of schedule, almost unheard of, and it made for plenty of portrait time and extra time out on the dance floor!
Their original wedding date was going to be in May and once they had to change it due to Covid, June 13th was the soonest available date for their venue. It also just happened to be Taylor‘s parents 29th wedding anniversary! How sweet is that?! We loved all the Palm/tropical details of the wedding day, reminded us of Florida! 🙂
It was such an epic way to start off the wedding season post Covid quarantine. I’d say our first South Carolina wedding was 10 times better than we could’ve imagined! Both of their families welcomed us in like family of their own as well as the bridal party truly embraced us and gave us so many laughs! The groomsmen gave Jon and I nicknames, Big J and Big T! It was hilarious! I threw in a couple fun pictures we took with them during the reception!
Brittany and Taylor, we absolutely loved documenting this amazing milestone in your love story!! Let’s set up a date night soon! Congratulations Mr + Mrs Johnson!!
