You guys.. Lindsay and Alec’s Black Tie wedding was one of our favorites to date!!
It was the last day of November, a soft breeze in the air and much anticipation for the wonderful day to come. Lindsay’s bridal details were beautiful as well as her classic wedding gown with black buttons down the entire back. I loved how unique yet timeless everything was.
The bridal party got ready at the Le Meridien in Tampa, which was also where the daddy daughter first look was. They had everyone in tears!! Right afterwards was Lindsay and Alec’s first look.. it was so special to witness such an intimate and awaited moment. They were both so excited to see each other.
The ceremony and reception both took place at The Vault, right across the street! It was our first time shooting there and it was as lovely as we’ve heard! The ceremony started and the harpist played, as Lindsay walked arm in arm with her dad, down the aisle to her groom. It was a beautiful ceremony.
Right after they officially became husband and wife, we went outside and took some *Just Married* portraits!! They are some of my favorites of the day!! When it came time for the reception, the bridal party danced their way into the building, followed by the new Mr + Mrs! The danced their first dance as husband and wife to ‘How Would You Feel’ by Ed Sheeran. It was the sweetest! Not to mention their dances with their parents that had been practiced for months! Jon and I were so impressed with their dancing skills!
After a delicious dinner, the party started!! Light up foam sticks, big dance off circles, a photobooth in the Vault itself, and a surprise Hot Dog stand!! Lindsay surprised Alec with it towards the end of the night, He is a professional baseball player so it made complete sense, and boy did they smell great!! After the last dance, the two newlyweds made their exit through a huge line of sparklers! It will always be a night to remember! Here’s some of our favorites from Lindsay and Alec’s wedding day!
Cassandra with Ever After Vintage Weddings did SUCH a beautiful job on all the florals!!
They are seriously the cutest!!!
Their reception space was absolutely stunning!
These next set of images are priceless! Lindsay and Alec weren’t afraid to dig into the cake haha!
When your bride does a cartwheel at her wedding reception, in her wedding dress!!! Now that’s talent!
Off to their happily ever after!! We hope you guys had the best honeymoon!! So thankful to call you two clients and friends <3
