Elegant Elopement At The Kapok | Mr + Mrs Starkey

Lindy and Alex are one of the sweetest couples we’ve had the experience of working with.

These two are high-school sweethearts and on Christmas Eve in 2015, Alex proposed to Lindy on his door step, which is the cutest thing because it’s the same place they shared their first kiss! So, this day has been a long time coming!

They chose to have a small ceremony outside the Historic, Clearwater Courthouse and a small backyard reception following. Their family and closest friends were there to share in their joy as they said their vows and promised forever! Their day was beautiful and they chose the Kapok for their portrait spot, which was absolutely stunning!! It definitely didn’t look like we were in Florida! I’m thrilled for their marriage and am so happy I got to photograph their special day!!
