Armature Works Rooftop 220 Wedding |Mr + Mrs Figueredo

Chris and Jenn started falling for each other after their first date at Grille 54. A little under two years later, Chris proposed in their home (where we also photographed their engagement session! You can see photos here! )

When they told us their ceremony was taking place at the new rooftop venue across from Armature Works, and their reception was to be held in the Theatre Room at Armature, I was ecstatic! It was our first time shooting there and with Jenn’s attention to detail and style mixed with that location, I knew their wedding would be stunning!

It was a warm Friday in March, not a cloud in the sky! Chris and Jenn surrounded themselves with their family and close friends for the prettiest rooftop ceremony. Jenn wore her mother’s pearl earrings and held her beautiful bouquet that was wrapped in lace from her mother’s wedding dress. It was the sweetest moment seeing Chris watch in anticipation, as Jenn’s brother walked her down the aisle. After they said I do, I snuck out with them while everyone else was clearing the ceremony and took some of my favorite “Just Married” portraits! It’s definitely one of the most exciting moments that I get to capture during a wedding day. There’s just something different about portraits right after you walk down the aisle with your husband/wife!

Later, I asked Chris’s kiddos (and now Jenn’s adorable step children) , Ella and Cooper, to toss some petals in the air for a photo and it’s one of my absolute favorites! It was so sweet to photograph the four of them as a family! Their reception at Armature was beautiful; the exposed brick added a rustic feel to their romantic styled wedding day. Keith James was the live musician at their wedding and Jon and I thought it was so cool he sang their first dance song, Crazy Love by Van Morrison. The rest of the night was perfect and we had so much fun getting to witness such a significant day in their lives! We are so thankful for Jenn and Chris and hope that you all love a bunch of our favorites from their wedding day!
