Kellie and Stephen’s FL wedding at the Harborside Chapel was absolutely STUNNING!!! It’s been several months coming for their special day, but absolutely worth the wait!
One of the cool things was that these two love birds did end up getting married on their original wedding day in April, with just a few close friends and family! It was in the middle of Covid travel mess which made it difficult for us to travel to FL. It was hard not being there but made it all the more sweeter when we got to see them on their second wedding day!! 🙂
Harborside Chapel was beautiful as always and the rain that was supposed to happen during portraits, was only a mist for a few minutes. We were able to get hundreds of photos within a 20 minute span, due to us speeding things up just in case we didn’t get to photograph them later! So prepare yourself for all the gorgeous portraits!
**Sidenote: This wedding was even more unique because there were THREE #TMPBrides at the wedding at once!! Kellie, her sister Ashleigh, and their day of coordinator, Krystal! Love how small our world is!! Love these ladies so much!**
Their reception at the Rusty Pelican was amazing! The DJ kept everyone on the dance floor all night and the storm from earlier happened just minutes after we took “sunset photos” even though the storm was our backdrop! The thunder and lightning blended in well with the music and because the windows are huge in the reception room, so while people were line dancing, lightning was flashing to the beat of the music in the background! It was epic! Since we photographed Ashleigh (Kellie’s sister) and Ryan’s wedding a few years ago, the reception felt like we were seeing old friends because of all the familiar faces! We loved feeling like family at their wedding!
Kellie and Stephen!! Jon and I have truly been blessed to be the ones to photograph your proposal, engagement and now your wedding celebration! I hope your both feeling relieved after so much hard work, changing of plans and making sure everyone felt comfortable at your wedding. It was seriously the best day!
