Taylor Park | Engagement Session | Ashtyn + Luke

She wore the perfect blue dress as He spun her under the canopy trees while the sun was setting at Taylor Park.

Ashtyn and Luke, highschool sweethearts; met on a mission trip in 2013. A year after that, I got the privilege of taking her senior photos while getting to know how kind she is and what a big heart she has. Then, in 2015, I was able to take updated photos for Luke’s family! Fast forward 4 years later, Luke asked her to marry him! It was a long time coming and she of course said yes! Now, I get the honor of photographing their wedding with Jon!! We can’t wait to photograph their special day!

Last week, I photographed their engagement session after having to postpone it twice thanks to this Florida rain! Ashtyn texted me several days before their session and said that she had a dream that we already took their photos and when she got them back, they were beautiful!

I’ll be the first to say that her dream came true!! Their photos came out beautiful and I know postponing twice was worth it! Between the canopy trees that allowed golden sunlight to seep into their photos and the adorable houses lined with a white picket fence, it was perfect. I loved getting to see their love for each other shine through these images!
