With sand between their toes, breeze flowing through their hair and a look of determination on their faces,

all four of Megan and Seth’s kids knelt down and took their mark as they waited for their mom to say, GO! When she did, the four of them sprinted down the beach towards me as if the winner was going to receive a medal!

One of my favorite things about family sessions is getting to photograph the kiddos, while they’re imagining that the sand castle they’re making is a home of a real princess! Or while they’re leaping through the water with pure joy written all over their face! Those are the moments their parents will always cherish, the candid, messy, real life moments.

The Bayless family came to FL for their family vacation! They are from Missouri, so being at the beach was a blast for their kids! I’m so thankful I got to take some updated family photos for them!
