A Cliffs At Glassy Proposal | Landrum, SC | Tori & Corey

Engagements

I met Tori and Corey becuase of a wonderful referal. As a small business owner getting a referral from someone is so heartwarming. It means the world to me!

Last year we decided to have the inside of our home painted by a company rather than doing it ourselves. Jordan, one of the painters reached out for some updated headshots for their company which I got to do in downtown Greer! A few days after, he reached back out to tell me that his sister Tori’s boyfriend was ready to propose and wanted to ensure the proposal was captured. As a business owner, a referral from someone is so heartwarming. It means the world to me!

We decided the best way to trick Tori into coming to her engagement was to tell her family photos were happening. The session took place at The cliffs at Glassy. Of course, it was a freezing and very windy day. I decided that I would photograph the group and then move into doing the couples together, with Tori and Corey last. Once it was their turn, Corey immediately got down on one knee and proposed to Tori! It was so sweet! The whole family toasted to the engagement. I know Tori was so excited her entire family was there to witness it.

Even though it was deathly cold and windy after we celebrated, I was able to get photos of the couple together with Tori’s new bling! It felt like it got windier, and after 20 minutes and I think they had windburn on their face. However, Tori and Corey took it like champs, and we captured such a happy moment.

I am so excited to capture such a fantastic milestone in Corey and Tori’s life. Tori was shocked, and the best thing was seeing that smile on her face. I wish you both a lifetime of happiness, and I can’t wait to see what your future holds. Congratulations Corey and Tori!
